Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP EWM, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for SAP EWM-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP EWM, including design, development, and implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules. - Solid understanding of SAP EWM best practices and standards. - Experience with SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP EWM solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
