Job Description:

This role will be specific to DXC's SAP Business Group France to set the strategic direction, lead the growth, manage services and manage people, i.e. all facets of DXC's SAP Business Group in France. We are looking for a leader who has a strong Manufacturing industry background.

This position requires a senior leader with strong communication skills, executive presence and significant experience establishing and managing a delivery focused, customer centric culture.

DXC technology is well positioned and capturing an increasing portion of the SAP S/4HANA (and all relevant products and proposition around it like RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, DMC, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and others) addressable market by genuinely focusing on value creation for its customers. We are in a hyper growth phase in the SAP Business Group Europe and seeking a leader who has extremely strong organizational management background mixed with very strong SAP experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• People leadership: Extensive leadership experience of managing large direct teams and developing great inclusive cultures that attract top talent and a track record of exceptional performance
o Manage DXC SAP Teams in France and enable them to achieve their missions through pre-sales/solutioning, offer promotion in the market, talent management, and project delivery
o Lead a high-performing team of SAP professionals, including SAP functional experts (Finance, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain and others), SAP industry experts, SAP developers, SAP security experts, and SAP reporting analysts.
o Recruit, motivate and develop a customer focused SAP team; establish a culture that embraces responsibility and accountability, values teamwork, encourages diversity and delivers performance based outcomes
• Services leadership on the field: Ability to engage with clients to drive and support them and their organizations to make large SAP Project and Program's success.
o Provide leadership and management of the DXC SAP practice in France, develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.
o Has prior experience in leading SAP system integration or implementation projects
• Sales leadership: Manage and orchestrate DXC's SAP services sales engagements focused on business growth and achievement of revenue/scorecard.
o Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity
o Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value
o Work with alliance team and drive sales team to build and manage relevant alliances, drive GTM (Go to Market) strategy,
• Deal Leadership for critical deals: Manage C-level dialogue with customers around SAP Services deals including business transformation
o Is able to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem

Mandatory Skills Description:

n order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
• Minimum of 15 years' experience
• Have direct relationship with SAP and the decision makers of industry groups
• Achievement orientated, creative thinker and enthusiastic.
• Open-minded, strong in communication verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills and organization skills.
