Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the overall digital strategy for a portfolio of medium to large digital programs. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic and operational risks and opportunities, building partnerships across the enterprise to determine priorities and project direction, and making complex judgement calls and impactful decisions to deliver material business impact for critical digital capabilities. Job expectations include coaching, developing talent, directing the work of multiple associates, and supporting day-to-day delivery.
The primary responsibility of the CRM Digital Product Director is to manage project deliverables related to Global Markets (FIC, Trading, Equity) sales tools development. You will be responsible for leading an agile train for delivery of key CRM features. This includes managing a group of SMEs from discovery through launch, while partnering with the line of business to build business cases, requirements, and measure results.
This role will also work with our technology partners to manage deployment of all requirements, tech spend and effectively minimize scope creep. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects across different portfolios, with varying partnerships and deliverables.
You will develop business partner relationships with all Global Markets COO teams, Technology and product partners, while also gaining exposure and acumen in project management, strategic planning, executive presence, and organization.
