Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be part of the DevXOps Product Line, within the CTO organization, and be based in the Singapore Tech Center Office. The candidate is responsible for delivery and maintenance of a library of CI/CD workflows for our entire IT landscape, according to incoming demand. The candidate is also responsible for managing the technical delivery of more junior engineers and assist whenever needed.

Primary Activities

• Contribute to the existing GitHub Actions library of reusable workflows and custom actions
• Drive technical excellence within the group, proposing modern solutions as well as intuitive for our users
• Partner with other teams within the Product Line to drive efficiently our team towards the general purpose of the organization
• Assist new team members during their onboarding
• Create and maintain custom GitHub Apps required to fulfil our goals
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends.

Education Requirement:

• MSc Degree or BSc Degree in a Computer Science or Engineering related field is preferred (i.e. Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering etc).
• Strong passion for Information Technology with at least 2 years of relevant background and experience will be added advantage.  

Desired Skills & Experience:

• An analytical problem solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data, including ability to interpret and use the analytics results within the real business context.
• Product management experience includes working with backlogs, product enhancement features, prioritizing of product roadmap and releases. 
• Knowledge of programming language and tools such as GitHub Actions (is a must), Python, Java, Artifactory, Qlik sense.
• Experience in Cloud Computing technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. 
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to make high-level presentations for senior executives is a plus.
• Persistent and driven:
• Demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts to learning new knowledge.
• Collaborative:

Demonstrated experience applying excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills working with global and cross-functional teams towards common goals, realizing that the best results come from the combined efforts of diverse teams.
