Job Summary
The Country Leader, HP Store leads the hp.com eCommerce business at the country level, accountable for driving profitable growth and orchestrating an end-to-end virtual business unit dedicated to online sales. The role operates across multiple routes-to-market, including online sales, inside tele-sales / call center, and HP Branded Store-in-Stores on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre).
This leader acts as the “owner” of a start-up business inside a large corporation, requiring strong resilience, continuous commercial generation, and the ability to understand data to make business decisions.
Responsibilities
A. Business Ownership & Strategy (Country)
Own and lead the country online strategy and execution for HP Store, coordinating with the country online ecosystem.
Manage an end-to-end online business unit by coordinating key functions required to deliver results (e.g., digital marketing, UX, merchandising, sales/product marketing, operations, fulfillment, customer service).
Drive HP Store performance through clear commercial priorities and disciplined execution cadence, aligned to the nature of the role discussed (continuous opportunity generation and “start-up business” ownership).
B. Commercial Execution & Demand Generation
Continuously generate commercial opportunities and promotions to accelerate business performance (commercial agility / constant opportunity creation).
Build and maintain top-to-top relationships with strategic Marfketplaces/Distributors accounts to maximize online sell-out and strengthen HP’s role as a trusted advisor in the Online ecosystem.
Co-lead the Marketplace Account Plan with the KAM (1P), including negotiation taht enables execution of Demand Generation campaigns, media investment planning, digital marketing plan (media, audiences, KPIs), and results readouts.
Define and execute Hp Store in the 3P ecosystem, and ensure HP Store plays a relevant role in marketplaces.
C. Customer Experience & Digital Transformation
Lead integration of CX improvement tools and digital transformation initiatives for HP.com with the Supplier.
Ensure the customer experience is delivered end-to-end by coordinating the ecosystem needed to deliver the final customer outcome.
D. Performance Management & Analytics
Own the country’s weekly performance rhythm through analysis of KPIs that directly affect online sell-out and country performance monitoring (dashboards, key metrics).
Demonstrate strong analytical capability to understand data (not just produce it).
E. Stakeholder Management, Influence & Negotiation
Operate with high resilience and persistence across internal and external stakeholders—accepting that the role faces frequent “no’s” and requires continuous negotiation/evangelization.
Demonstrate a non-conflictive but firm negotiation style (conciliatory influence to achieve outcomes without “breaking everything”).
Bring sufficient seniority to engage in high-level business conversations with country leadership and senior external counterparts (“top-to-top” forums).
F. Budget & Resource Stewardship
Be responsible for budget allocated to develop HP.com and 3P strategy.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience aligned to the scope above).
More than 10 years of proven business experience.

Google Search campaign optimization
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (explicitly learnable but expected in-role)
Hands-on toolset: Google Ads, Merchant Center, Data Studio, Facebook/Instagram tools
Power BI (intermediate) and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Leadership and teamwork (leading through influence, cross-functional collaboration)
