• Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT-development projects and strong understanding of IT-development processes and the lifecycle.
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies, including some agile method.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, service design principles, architectural frameworks, and logistics processes.
• Experience in managing development budgets.
• Experience in coordinating external vendors' work and negotiating agreements when necessary.
• Fluent language skills in English is required. 

 
Additionally, you are a goal-driven individual with excellent communication skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively engaging with various stakeholders, and have a talent for motivating teams to achieve shared objectives.
