Shape enterprise transformations by integrating technology platforms with functional and industry considerations.
Determine platform selection strategies, focusing on cost optimization and identifying value levers.
Advise on process changes to enhance transformation success and maximize return on technology investments.
Design and deliver the initial stages of complex transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement innovative technology assets and services tailored to specific industries or functions.
Provide expert advice on the use of enterprise technology assets during sales and solutioning processes.
