About the role:

This role will be joining the Debit Department team and will manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

What you will be doing?

  • Develops strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.

  • Monitors monthly service level/availability management reports to identify possible trends in service level agreement (SLA) "misses" and contacts appropriate product area if "misses" fall within guidelines of a contractual penalty.

  • Acts as an escalation point between client and internal support teams.

  • Conducts regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics, to review projects in client's queue and to discuss available service offerings.

  • May participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.

What you will need:

  • 5-7 Years Minimum of recent Banking experience in a Client Facing role.

  • 5-7 Years Minimum recent experience with Credit Card Processing, Debit, ATM

  • Requires knowledge of operations/ payments.

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
