Job Summary:

The Business Continuity Analyst will be responsible for supporting the organization’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across business units and functions. The role involves working with stakeholders to develop, review, and test business continuity plans, ensure compliance with organizational policies and ISO 22301 standards, and drive awareness and readiness throughout the organization.

In your role you will be expected to:

Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across business units and functions in accordance with the organization’s BCM policy and methodology.

Support the alignment of new clients and/or services with the business continuity program.

Liaise with business projects and functions to provide guidance on the development and testing of business continuity plans.

Track compliance with the agreed business continuity controls through ongoing reviews.

Review, maintain, and test business continuity plans.

Develop expertise as a subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in the development of business continuity plans.

Additional Information:

This role may occasionally require extended hours or availability during business continuity events, crisis situations, or scheduled tests.
Work environment will be hybrid or as per organizational policy, with flexibility depending on project or client needs.
You will have opportunities to build subject matter expertise and participate in enterprise-wide resilience initiatives.
The role provides visibility across functions and contributes to risk, compliance, and operational excellence efforts.

Must have skills:

Understanding of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
Familiarity with ISO 22301:2019 standards and implementation practices.
Experience in developing, reviewing, and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
Ability to provide subject matter guidance to cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
 

Proven experience in:
Knowledge of Business Continuity Management System.
Knowledge of Business Continuity ISO 22301:2019 standard requirements.
 

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate
