Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Business Analyst to work out of our office in Harrisburg, PA.

The Associate Business Analyst is a valued member of the Application Team, which provides application analysis and support across various application suites within the organization. This position will advocate for efficiency between applications and systems by using technology to support our business users to improve the functionality of our processes and procedures. The Associate Business Analyst will use analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology.

Requirements:

• An Associate’s degree in a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of two year of experience in the information technology field. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating required skills and knowledge.

• Ability to complete system analysis work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to administer and support various enterprise systems based on existing polices and protocols.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret and apply written information.

• Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of Office Suite and the ability to learn, interpret, and implement new systems and applications.

• Must possess a strong attention to detail and effective organizational and prioritization skills.
