Description -
We're seeking a Program Management Lead to join our HP Global Marketing Agency Practice team. The role will be at the forefront of transforming the agency landscape to successfully scale and simplify HP's marketing agency partnerships globally. This person will play an integral part in delivering on yearly initiatives on behalf of Marketing and HP, ensuring that our agency partnerships are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning: developing detailed project plans outlining scope, objective, deliverables, timeline, resources required
Execution: Oversee execution of project plan, serving as orchestrator, to ensure tasks are completed on time
Team management: Assemble/manage project team, assign tasks/responsibilities and provide guidance/support as needed
Communication: Clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, and other relevant parties to keep informed (management at macro level) on project progress and flag any issues as they arise
Risk Management: identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies to address, ensure project stays on track
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables/actions meet required needs
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, challenges and/or any changes to project plan
Change Management: Manage changes to project – ensure any changes are documented and aligned on by necessary stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
5-7 years of working experience
Current Program Manager with Marketing experience or former Agency experience in Account/PM role
Ability to digest context of request, develop action plan and implement with orchestration across stakeholders
Resourceful and accountability driver
