Position Summary...

The Manager role plays a critical part of the Item Policy team, by executing and helping to build compliance programs to ensure non-compliant items are not sold on Walmart.com. The Manager is also responsible for supporting the governance of our marketplace prohibited products policy by drafting external facing policies and internal guidance on prohibited and allowed items. This role will partner with various teams including Compliance, Legal, Merchandising, Operations, and Corporate Affairs.

About the team:
The Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance team within Walmart is responsible for defining, enforcing and promoting policies, programs and products to ensure safe transactions and create trust across our online and marketplace businesses.

What you'll do...

• Supports the development of controls for our eCommerce platform by working with subject matter experts, legal, business teams, and others to understand compliance needs.
• Works with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to monitor items sold on Wamart.com.
• Helps support the creation of guidance and policy for Walmart’s marketplace prohibited products policy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
