Lead Product Validation AI/ML Engineer (P4)

Jabil Design Services is seeking an experienced AI Developer to lead transformation projects for our global Product Validation team.  The candidate will guide projects from concept through delivery, taking primary responsibility for the design and implementation of the solutions.  He or she will coordinate work for a small team of developers, provide status to stakeholders and ensure on schedule delivery of a quality solution.  The successful candidate must be capable of clearly communicating complex concepts to a global team spanning multiple engineering disciplines.

  Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience
• Deep Understanding of AI Concepts
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and toolkits
• Experience with Agentic Solutions
• Expertise with Docker/Containerization and GPU P2P Communication (NCCL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading projects or teams of developers
• Ability to extract requirements and explain concepts to engineers from other disciplines
• Fluent in English
