General Description:
The Auditor/Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the automations through comprehensive testing and validation; will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts for automations and workflows for Nissan Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Planning
Collaborate with business analyst, developer, and stakeholders to understand RPA project requirements and objectives.
Analyze business processes and identify test scenarios for automation.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
2. Test Environment Setup
Configure test environments, including automation platform, applications, and test data.
Ensure test environments are stable, consistent, and replicable production environments as closely as possible.
Implement reusable test components, libraries, and utilities to support automated testing.
3. Test script development and execution
Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to validate automation workflow.
Conduct functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and end to end testing of RPA solutions.
Rigorously execute automation testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and bug fixes. Responsible for peer code assessments and knowledge transfer.
Generate, manipulate, and maintain test data sets for RPA testing.
4. Performance and continuous integration
Identify, report, and track defects found during testing using defect tracking tools.
Prioritize and scale critical defects to development team for resolutions.
Design and execute performance and load tests to evaluate scalability and reliability of automation solutions.
Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment for continuous testing and delivery.
5. Documentation
Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results for traceability and auditability.
Communicate test findings, progress updates, and recommendations to development team and CoE Lead.
6. Support to development
Support to development team in designs and implementation of automation solutions for business and technical requirements. Partners with Business Analysts to define the manual rules used to govern the process, and then translate those rules into automated commands.
Support to development team in scripting and coding in UiPath to build automation, and for creating technical documentation following best practices.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
UiPath Test Automation Engineer Professional Certification – Desirable.
Previous Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies.
Experience with RPA Platforms like UiPath, with a focus on test automation.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_
Language: Spanish & English intermediate, Portuguese Desirable.

Must have:
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements and provide technical support.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Familiarization with the Least Privileged Access principle.
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Agile methodologies.
Expertise with the UiPath Automation Cloud suite.
Experience with cross-regional teams.
