Position Description:
Designs enterprise business processes, workflows, and user interfaces. Develops data analysis concepts and associated tools (SQL). Creates stories and epics for squad deliverables. Engages with multiple business units to adopt technology and helps drive processes, workflows, and engineering efforts. Identifies root cause and solves problems across tools, using structured, disciplined, and data-oriented processes. Provides analysis leadership on complex systems analysis projects, often across subsystems and companies, in a matrix organization. Consults with business users to develop recommendations that address difficult and complex business needs and opportunities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing full-stack systems design and analysis in a financial services environment.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing full-stack systems design and analysis in a financial services environment.
