About the Role 

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to oversee vendor relationships and streamline recruitment and onboarding workflows. This position plays a critical role in supporting our global evaluation initiatives by ensuring we have access to top-tier subject matter experts through strategic vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain relationships with current vendor partners to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendor partners to expand our network of qualified subject matter experts

  • Manage vendor workflows in compliance with established onboarding protocols and organizational standards

  • Coordinate the execution of Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)

  • Review and negotiate SME rate cards to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and issue resolution

  • Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements to recruitment efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition context

  • Strong familiarity with Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and SME rate card structures

  • Demonstrated ability to scale vendor partnerships while maintaining quality and compliance standards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience supporting international operations or working with global vendors is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment

  • Proficient in excel
