We are a growing team looking for a Product Analyst in the Product department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Product Analyst at sennder, your foremost priorities are to enable the product team to make the most data-informed decisions possible, and to lead the product team in measuring the impact of their work. Embedded within the product department, you’ll interact on a regular basis with product managers and engineers in our Berlin, Amsterdam, and Barcelona offices. You will report to the product analytics manager.. In this role, you will …

• Manage the front-end data lifecycle, from defining event names and behavior to using product analytics tools to analyze the data.
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative analyses of customer behavior for product managers and product leadership to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Lead validation analysis (A/B experiments, quasi-experiments, time-series, and qualitative) in collaboration with product managers to validate the work they do has the desired impact.
• Empower the product team to explore and use data themselves through data democratization efforts.
• Support product leadership in making informed decisions by providing ad-hoc analysis and reports on product metrics.
• Be part of a small, high-performing team in one of the most exciting departments in the company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python or R.
• Experience in data visualization using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
• Experience conducting correlation and regression analyses.
• Experience in employing statistical analysis and doing experiments in a B2B context.
• Proficient in generating insights from data, and explaining these to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders of varying seniority levels from different verticals.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken.
• Should be currently based in Amsterdam
