Job Summary:
The Director, International Trade Compliance (the “Director”), Aerospace & Defense Electronics and Engineered Systems Segments of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (“Teledyne”) oversees the trade compliance function for a large and important group of businesses within Teledyne. In this role, the Director will support the strategic development and execution of business by building and proactively managing strong export and import compliance programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the Teledyne policy requirements. The Director will support and lead trade compliance personnel at Business Units to ensure that trade compliance activities are performed in a professional, efficient, consistent and compliant manner. The Director will regularly and proactively interact with senior management and will also serve as the primary point of contact with Teledyne’s Corporate International Trade Compliance (“CITC”) Office. This role demands exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, as well as strong trade compliance expertise and experience. The Director must have strong collaboration and effective relationship management capabilities. This is a hands-on role, and the candidate must have strong organizational skills, excel at process implementation, and be able to work with employees of all levels based in multiple countries. This is a full-time position that directly reports to Teledyne’s Chief Trade Compliance Counsel, who reports to Teledyne’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary

Salary Range:
$136,700.00-$182,300.000Pay Transparency

Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
