We are looking for a Product Manager at the Director level to lead transformation in Middle Office within Investor Services.
The Transformation Lead - Director is a key role managing within the Middle Office team who broadly set the strategy and provide direction, leadership, and budgetary management for the products. This role will support the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating business lines through product life cycles working with the broader Fund Services Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage and facilitate the planning, development and execution of the Middle Office Product roadmap, focused on operating models, platform redesign, data management, Agentic AI capabilities, vendors, and client needs.
The manager will partner with tech and operations to execute the book of work while reporting program updates and ensuring the financial discipline of the business and book of work always aligns to the approved budgets. You will assist with appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
