Access Provisioning Technical Specialist
GSK is seeking an Access Provisioning Specialist skilled in Full Stack Development, with at least 3 years’ experience in contributing to the design, do the build and support of enterprise-grade solutions. You will work in an Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environment to deliver modern authentication and access capabilities across cloud and self-hosted applications, enhancing both security posture and user experience while maturing GSK’s IAM capabilities.
Your responsibilities include…
Help GSK meet regulatory requirements and enhance IAM processes, strategy, and roadmap by leveraging technologies like automation, AI/ML, and analytics.
Design, build, and manage IAM business processes that control access to GSK systems.
Develop and maintain full-stack features for IAM applications, including APIs and backend integrations, under senior engineer guidance.
Create user-friendly GUIs and front-end components using modern frameworks, emphasizing usability and accessibility.
Write clean, tested code, conduct code reviews, and resolve defects in both front-end and back-end layers.
Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to transform requirements into interactive interfaces for seamless user experiences.
Support product owners and architects to ensure timely and accurate access management for users.
Serve as the IAM team contact during compliance checks and regulatory or auditor control tests.
Act as a subject matter expert in IAM tools, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, reporting, and password management.
Maintain IAM systems' security by adhering to best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in implementing Micro Frontend architecture for web applications, leveraging Next.js and Webpack.
Experience in developing and deploying enterprise applications for business processes using Next.js and Express.js.
Experience in implementing resolvers for diverse data sources, including Active Directory, Entra ID, various databases, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Capable of understanding complex data requirements and designing GraphQL schemas.
Knowledge of integrating guardrails and security measures within GraphQL schema implementations.
Knowledge of TypeScript-based development and deployment in cloud serverless or containerized environments.
Knowledge of integrating systems with LDAP, EntraID and Active Directory (AD).
Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions and services offered by Microsoft Azure and other cloud providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in scripting languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and .NET for automating IAM workflows and processes.
Knowledge of frameworks like React and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Skilled in building and deploying web applications via CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Expertise in deploying, managing, and monitoring applications in cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in debugging and resolving system errors.
Experience in using GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
Experience in managing and working with various database solutions, including Azure SQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of IAM processes in enterprise environments, with a focus on security posture and compliance implementation.
Knowledge of application security best practices and tools for safeguarding enterprise systems.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 143,250 to PLN 238,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
