The Opportunity

CRM is an increasingly commoditized market with growing patient management workload burden in hospitals with limited resources. The role of this position is:

  • To identify and provide differentiating digital solutions to strengthen Abbott position in strategic accounts.

  • To deliver market leading customer experience, providing unrivalled support and added value digital solutions based upon intimate understanding of customer needs.

  • Build and promote unique business solutions based around Abbott Medical CRM synergy

  • Lead by influence sales team to ensure alignment and drive results.

  • Grow CRM sales and increase market share in key accounts in line with agreed targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve sales quota per plan.

  • Strong market intelligence focus to identify unique opportunities and synergies.

  • Develop strong business cases

  • Align the execution plan with commercial team

  • Implement comprehensive plans to increase market share for CRM products

  • Focus on increased gross margin through price uplifts or new revenue streams, charging for service

  • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies (pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expenses).

  • Manage a strong network of key decision makers in strategic accounts.

  • Develop a strong value proposition for Public Purchase for Innovation Tenders, in strong collaboration with the Bids and Tenders department.

  • Lobby with other divisions to identify and leverage One Abbott opportunities

  • Represent the company in professional manner with highest integrity, following Abbott Medical commercial practices policy.

  • To following-up all Abbott Medical standing RA/QA procedures.

  • Assist his/her general manager to build the yearly operating plan required.

  • Give support to other areas if it’s necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in life science and/or digital technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital solutions and services in the medical device field.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience, consistently overachieving sales objectives.
  • Language: Spanish (native) and English (C1 or C2)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience/comprehensive knowledge of the Medical Device Market (Medical Sales) especially in the established and emerging specialty areas of CRM/ AF.

  • Ability to lead, coach/develop and motivate by influence to achieve set goals.

  • The ability to organize a diverse and complex workload.

  • Moral, ethical and professional image at all times, coupled with strong communication skills.

  • Leadership, change agent, a 'can-do' attitude, people orientated, persuasive, consultative, adaptable, results orientated, approachable, influencing, excellent organizational planningmskills, strategic, problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, competitive, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
