Position Summary: This position facilitates the delivery of quality service by the Centralized Scheduling department. This position manages daily operations, workload distribution, and prioritization of tasks. The Supervisor is responsible for developing Call Center staff by providing feedback regarding quality and productivity. This is an essential position requiring attendance during inclement weather.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3 years or more of experience in front office and/or call center supervisory role. Additionial years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Strong computer proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Excellent problem solving skills; results oriented; strong data analytical skills; strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning and time management skills; strong verbal, written, professional communication skills.

Preferred Requirements: Master's degree. 2 years or more of experience in contact center, scheduling process and systems. NAHAM Certification
