Position Summary

Assists with reporting functions for WUSBCS. Areas of responsibilities include preparation of monthly Accounts Receivable reports through PCX and both simple and complex Ad Hoc reporting using DBMS and/or spreadsheet software to meet internal departmental and school wide reporting needs. Remote work with at least one day a month required on site presence.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely and accurate ad hoc reports for WUSBCS departments, clinical departments, physicians, central administration, Joint Office of Strategic Planning, and Faculty Practice Plan.
  • Completes monthly reimbursement reports for Reimbursement Managers and clinical department’s Business Managers.

  • Establishes user reports for data frequently requested.

  • Assists departments in meeting information needs through standard reports.

  • Builds and maintains IDX report templates for monthly IDX report production.

  • Works closely with Reimbursement Managers and Analyst to meet current reporting needs and develops reports to assist with ongoing reimbursement analysis.

  • Provides training in reading and interpreting standard monthly IDX reports.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$23.37 - $36.19 / Hourly
