The Continuous Improvement Supervisor will execute short to long-term projects across various business functions within the Global Business Center through the use of CI tools and his/her expertise to address critical business needs with the goal of improving business processes, saving cost, and enabling business growth. The Supervisor will identify opportunities and gain approval and/or support from the Project Sponsor, Deployment Leader, and Managers who will be engaged in project implementation. He/She will also work on Transformation Projects by migrating processes to the GBS. The Supervisor will report to the CIMP-PMO Manager.  

• Project Leadership: Leads/supports Continuous Improvement and Transformation Projects within the GBS, delivers timely results, tracks improvements, ensures control, and maintains accountability.  

• Opportunity Identification: Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities. [cite_start]Assesses/identifies risk to fulfill the defined objectives.  

• Stakeholder Management: Identifies organizational barriers, works with Regional & Global Leaders ("Continuous Improvement Leads") and functional managers to recommend and implement solutions.

• Resource Assessment: Assesses resources for CI projects. [cite_start]Participates in the project selection process, determines benefits, recommends resources/team members.  

• Project Governance: Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of projects managed.  

• Mentoring & Training: Coaches/mentors assigned Yellow & Green Belts. [cite_start]Trains/mentors project team members in the DMAIC and 7 Step methodologies.  

• Operational Excellence: Models operational excellence, visibly demonstrating leadership/change management behaviors. [cite_start]Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.

Are you a MATCH?

• Education: Bachelor's degree with minimum 8-10 years of professional experience; or advanced degree with minimum 6-8 years of experience.  

• Certifications: Green Belt certified as a minimum requirement.  

• Experience: Adequate project management work experience required, minimum 5 years.  

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated skills to influence decision makers and motivate team members.  

• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal/written communication skill to train and coach others.  

• Technical Tools: Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (a plus).  

• Profile: Self-driven, outcomes-oriented performer with proven success initiating changes and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.  

• Languages: Fluent in local language and proficient in English.  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree.  

• Black Belt Trained and Certified.  

• Supervisory experience.  

• ]Sound financial acumen (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows).  

• Fluent in another language (depending on regional requirement).
