Certifications: Green Belt certified as a minimum requirement.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated skills to influence decision makers and motivate team members.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal/written communication skill to train and coach others.
Technical Tools: Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (a plus).
Profile: Self-driven, outcomes-oriented performer with proven success initiating changes and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Languages: Fluent in local language and proficient in English.
Advanced degree.

Supervisory experience.
