We are growing our data science team and looking for a passionate individual who can bridge the gap between business problems and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end problem-solving lifecycle: from understanding the business challenge to delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and patterns.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tellius to communicate insights effectively.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-structured data science tasks.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business.
• Present results and recommendations clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, analytics, and visualization.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc) for data analysis and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning ( logistic regression, decision tree, random forest, etc).
• Experience creating interactive dashboards in analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Proven ability to act as a business analyst and translate business problems into data solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to machine learning (ML) and AI techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
