As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for;

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Working knowledge of successful approaches to dealing with change, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage change effectively
  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies and systems proactively
  • Collaborate with employees across various departments to enhance quality practices through daily coaching, tracking Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects, and utilizing Scorecards
  • Work with engineering teams on Concurrent Product and Process Development, New Product Introduction, design-to-production validation, engineering changes and deviations, supplier designs, specification approvals, and cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications;

  • French language proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience in Aerospace is a plus.
  • Experience with DVI (Detailed Visual Inspection) processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, AS9100, APQP, and other quality processes is appreciated.
  • This position requires relocation. It will begin with one month of training in Fort Myers, FL, followed by a minimum five-month assignment in Seattle, WA. => we will be paying for housing during the month-long training in Florida

 

Salary Range: $65k-$80k

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
