Job Title:** Automation Team Intern

Job Summary
Jabil, Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automation Team Intern to join our innovative engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and implementation of automated solutions for manufacturing processes, contributing directly to efficiency and quality improvements.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, and testing of automation solutions, including robotic systems, PLCs, and other control systems.
* Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and maintaining existing automated equipment and processes.
* Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, such as schematics, process flow diagrams, and operating procedures.
* Conduct research on new automation technologies and present findings to the team.
* Assist with data collection and analysis to evaluate the performance of automated systems.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the automation team's objectives.

Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering) or a related technical field.
* Basic understanding of automation principles, robotics, or control systems is preferred.
* Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or PLC ladder logic is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the internship is located.
