As application support lead you will be required to act as SME of xECM , providing resolution to application issues promptly & with high quality , supporting minor enhancements requested by client across various components of xECM. The role requires working in AMS engagement understanding the current client application and landscape and becoming SME of the applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams required, ensuring that the solutions meet specific business requirements and contribute to overall system performance and reliability.

Candidate must have strong skills and experience in OpenText xECM. Good to have experience in application support and enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- OpenText xECM application support, develop minor enhancements.
- Understand Integration with SAP (including VIM scenarios) and support SAP integration issues.
- Enhancements work – develop technical solution for small and medium changes.
- Become SME for application.
- Collaborate with client IT and Business teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must to have Skills: Open Text XECM Configuration, Integration
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems within diverse IT environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components that align with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 + years of experience in Open Text XECM Configuration, Integration which falls under OpenText ECM Tools.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
