Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain time-phased finished product replenishment plans for LATAM warehouses by translating global supply plans, including intercompany transfers and externally sourced resale materials.
  • Execute and continuously improve DRP parameters such as replenishment policies (MTS/MTO), lead times, MOQs, and safety stock settings.
  • Monitor replenishment execution versus plan and proactively adjust plans and fulfillment outlooks to mitigate supply, logistics, and customs risks.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service, logistics, import/export teams, and schedulers to ensure accurate and timely execution of STOs and sales orders in SAP and OMP.
  • Maintain clean and accurate master and transactional data in SAP and OMP (MTO/MTS, MOQ, lead times, inventory targets, etc)
  • Optimize regional inventory levels and locations in alignment with global planning strategies and customer service objectives.
  • Provide inventory outlooks, investigate discrepancies, and lead SMORDI identification, prevention and mitigation actions.
  • Participate in CIBM supply reviews and regional DCs, providing insight on material readiness, abnormal demand, and regional constraints.
  • Own end-to-end Brazil import coordination, including creation of STOs, execution of import requirements, customs processes, documentation, and goods receipt at destination warehouses.
  • Execute shipment consolidation strategies for Brazil-bound materials and track order fulfillment from order placement through customs clearance and receipt.
  • Manage exceptional logistics requests such as air shipments and support customer complaint resolution related to supply or delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian trade regulations and internal trade compliance requirements.
  • Analyze delivery performance (DTR/DTP), inventory KPIs, lead times, CQSI resolution, and logistics costs; drive corrective actions for root causes of performance gaps.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, import execution, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications
 

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a science-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, DRP, inventory management, import/export operations, customer service, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of DRP concepts, inventory optimization, and distribution network planning.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, OMP).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.


Preferred Qualifications
 

  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience operating in a continuous improvement and performance-driven environment.
