Job Summary

Vistra offers a dynamic internship program, targeted at challenging and developing each candidate. This position is responsible for supporting the Large Business Operations function within the Retail organization with day-to-day operational and analytical needs and automating manual processes where necessary. The intern job function has a responsibility for analyzing, modeling and developing improvements to business processes by conducting comprehensive reviews of various operational processes and metrics. As part of the review, the intern will identify gaps/issues occurring within various systems, processes, and develop solutions to mitigate risks and deliver an improved customer experience.
