- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software projects.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to improve system efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data modeling and development challenges.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and ensuring data integrity across large-scale data warehousing solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
