Summary:
As an Oracle PeopleSoft Testing Lead, you need to manage end-to-end testing, directing teams through system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for FSCM modules. Create test strategies, develop plans based on functional specifications, and use tools like JIRA and UI automation tools to track defects and automate testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful testing of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Application. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to test Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM business processes.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a Testing SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Guide QA teams, coordinating with developers/business stakeholders, and managing defect triage meetings.
- Have domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA
- Have tools & technical proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking, and UI automation tool for automating test scenarios (e.g., creating test conditions and test scripts).
- Have in-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and test automation best practices.
- Ensure accurate status reporting, delivering daily status reports to executive leadership
- Design and develop test conditions, scripts to meet business process needs.
- Perform QA testing and support system integration testing and UAT.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Assist in training end-users on the usage of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM applications.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA functionality and configuration.
- Experience in designing and developing test conditions and scripts for PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA.
- Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM, GL, PC and CA, integration with other modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM testing lead.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
