MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calculation of annual R&D hourly rates for monthly settlement
• Analysis of R&D and P1 costs compared to the budget
• Preparation of R&D analysis reports
• Creating the R&D budget and 3-month forecasts
• Supervising, understanding, and challenging the monthly closing process (budget, forecast, and business plan)
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards (MAF/IFRS), with a focus on capitalized R&D expenses
• Providing accurate financial data to support R&D and Project Managers
• Reviewing and pre-validating IARs
• Maintaining precise financial control over R&D and project costs

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international or industrial environment
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
