Role Summary
As Senior Director, People & Culture, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders in Marketing and PACS, driving the People & Culture agenda to enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role will focus on shaping talent strategies, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and people initiatives across the Greater China & Mongolia Operating Unit.
What You’ll Do for Us
Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to Marketing and PACS leadership, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
Talent & Capability Development: Lead initiatives to build critical capabilities, succession planning, and leadership development programs to strengthen organizational bench strength.
Culture & Engagement: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and embed our growth behaviors to create a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Change Management: Drive organizational design, transformation, and change management efforts to support evolving business needs.
Employee Experience: Ensure a seamless employee experience through effective HR processes, policies, and programs that enhance engagement and retention.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and workforce insights to inform decision-making and measure impact of people strategies.
Employee Relations & Issue Management: Manage employee relations and resolve issues effectively while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
OU Projects: Lead and support Operating Unit Leadership Team (OULT) PDF initiatives and HiPo Development programs to accelerate talent growth.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in a senior business partner role within a multinational organization.
Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, and talent management.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Expertise in change management and cultural transformation.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Ability to travel up to 25% within China.
