Senior Project Manager CT

Job Description

As CT Senior Project Manager, you will lead global, cross-functional lifecycle management programs to achieve the objectives of CT system portfolios. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the program deliverables on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end program and project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management and communication across global stakeholders.
  • Lead E2E global cross function in driving execution of lifecycle management activities, including product improvements, component end-of-life management, operational issue resolution and product enhancements
  • Plan and manage program activities, resources and timelines, coast, ensuring timely delivery within defined constraints.
  • Identify and manage risks across projects, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and transparently communicated to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure product quality, compliance and adherence to regulatory and healthcare standards throughout the lifecycle.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across globally distributed teams.
  • Provide regular, clear reporting to senior management on program status, risks and achievements.

You have the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in project/program management within a complex technical environment in the medical device / healthcare industry.
  • You bring strong experience in managing cross-functional, global programs, ideally in product lifecycle or change management environments.
  • You have solid understanding of product development and lifecycle processes, including working in regulated environments.
  • You are skilled in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and use them effectively to manage and communicate program progress.
  • You are fluent in English
  • Experience with quality standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO) is a strong advantage.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
