Main Tasks
DMS
- Responsible for Dealer Management System, assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes
- Manage the entire lifecycle of dealer including Dealer due diligence, dealer agreentment, authorization letter, dealer performance, dealer evaluation, dealer report and so on.
- Handle basic inquiries from distributors & business regarding the system process, providing efficient support/training and bug fix.
Salesforce:
- Responsible for the continuous optimization of Salesforce,propose enhancements based on business needs and coordinate with project team for implementation
- Conduct system training of Salesforce and CRM for the sales team and develop training materials and user guides.
- Create a strong monitoring and tracking of sales transcations’quality and quantity
- Track system issues or bugs, coordinate resources until fix.
Others:
- Other tasks assigned based on business needs.
Education
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in channel management. Experience of Salesforce a big plus
Other skills
- Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions;
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Enhanced analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
