Enterprise Data Office Data Analytics Team analyses data lineage across Citigroup under Markets and Client logical datal domains. This is accomplished by working closely with our partners in other EDO streams, Risk/Client/Markets technology and Data Stewards.

The team is comprised of risk professionals with subject matter expertise of between applications logical data flow knowledge. This includes familiarity of systems, but also reports, processes and exposure calculations. Main task is the proactive identification of lineage gaps and changes under Wholesale Credit Risk Use Case, with close collaboration of our stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Understanding key risk reports, processes and calculations – ensuring their correct reflection in Enterprise tools
• Assist in identification and traceability of critical data elements for key risk processes
• Proactive identification of potential issues in Data Lineage
• Cooperate closely with main stakeholders under Risk EDO and Technology
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Develop tools, systems, procedures for potential issues identification
• Provide training and guidance to other team members
• Track progress of various data quality projects, including technology initiatives and Issues for Management Resolution
• Willingness to learn in constantly changing environment

What we need from you

• 5 years banking experience or financial services experience
• Strong data analysis skills and high level of attention to details
• Experience in working with data flow, lineage, data domains
• A high competency with all MS products in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• OTC, SFT, Fixed Income products knowledge would be advantageous
• Previous experience working with Tableau, MS Access and SQL would be preferred but not essential
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with conflicting demand/timelines. Willingness to learn. 
• Strong people skills and client focus: ability to interact successfully with business partners and key stakeholders
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
