Drive successful sales and implementation of advanced clinical solutions by partnering with the DMS sales team and healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and improved patient outcomes.

Your role:

  • Provide clinical and technical support to the sales organization for all DMS clinical solutions.

  • Conduct solutions-based demonstrations and clinical evaluations to educate your healthcare customer on the value of the DMS portfolio.

  • Build strong partnerships with clinicians, specialists, and organizational leaders to provide ongoing consultation, support continuous improvement, and drive long-term value.

  • Lead post-sales implementation of clinical applications, adapting solutions to meet diverse customer specifications and complex healthcare workflows while ensuring optimal system performance.

  • Deliver impactful training sessions that enhance clinical proficiency, user adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and maximize the effectiveness of deployed applications.

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols throughout deployment, documentation, and reporting to safeguard patient safety and compliance.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Ultrasound Imaging.

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in Clinical Applications.

  • Your skills include clinical workflow analysis, customer-facing training and support, regulatory compliance, documentation and reporting, and the ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong understanding of networking and server- client environments is preferred.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of DICOM communication used in medical imaging. 

  • You’re an effective communicator and trusted advisor who can work independently, influence stakeholders, and guide teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered impact.

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or 6+ years equivalent sales or clinical application experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field based position with approximately 60% travel.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $180,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
