Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and customizing IBP modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP to meet specific business needs. 
  • Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall planning efficiency. 
  • Connecting SAP IBP with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications to ensure a seamless data flow. 
  • Working closely with various departments, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful adoption. 
  • Providing technical support to end-users, resolving system issues, and supporting monthly planning cycles and system upgrades. 
  • Managing project deliverables, from initial design and configuration to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules, planning areas, key figures, and configuration.
  • Expertise in supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and translate it into actionable insights and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and non-technical business users.
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve issues within the IBP system and related business processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies for planning, execution, and delivery of SAP IBP projects.
  • SAP certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
