The key function of the role is to assist and support the P2P Manager in delivering core services associated with:
- PR creations, Goods Receipt, GRIR Reconciliation in ERP - Ariba & SAP.
- Maintaining affiliation with Souring Managers.
What and how is it expected to contribute to results?
Assist the P2P Manager with day-to-day operational activities, specific to Procurement Operations.
Assist customer in relating to PR, GR, GRIR, PO transfer, Contract issues.
Assist in E2E Procurement Operations activities in ERP - SAP and Ariba with 100% quality.
Support P2P internal teams/stakeholders in relation to Procurement Operations
Essential capabilities :
Having good experience (3+ years) in Procurement Operations in SAP & Ariba.
A strong and confident communicator - Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess an agile mindset in delivery.
Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.
Experience:
Experience in managing operational activities related to Procurement Operations in ERP – Ariba & SAP.
