• Provide technical support to internal colleagues, service partners and distributors for Xylem monitoring & control systems, UV and ozone treatment equipment, and aeration systems (Flygt, Wedeco, Sanitaire).
• Support commissioning of monitoring and control systems – remote technical assistance and on-site commissioning activities.
• Troubleshooting and fault finding – on-site and remote support for service partners during commissioning and operation phases.
• Case management – handling and follow-up of technical cases in the internal Salesforce system.
• Warranty technical support – failure analysis and preparing technical assessments for colleagues handling warranty cases.
• Sales support (Application Support) – providing technical input for quotation preparation and compiling technical specifications.
• Delivering trainings – providing online and on-site product and practical technical trainings for distributors, service partners and internal colleagues.
• Remote monitoring and indirect service support – post-sales technical support of MAS, Nexicon, Avensor and other digital solutions, as well as continuous technical assistance for regional service partners remotely and – when required – through on-site engineering support.
