Influential is seeking an exceptional strategist and operational leader to serve as a key partner to the President of Onefluential. This role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional initiatives and serving as a key liaison between our executive team and L'Oréal's CDMO organization. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with outstanding communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers unique exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of influencer marketing at one of the world's leading beauty companies. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

 In general, on a typical day you will:

  • Partner with the President to drive strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Lead complex, transversal projects requiring cross-functional coordination
  • Transform data and insights into compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for L'Oréal's CDMO team
  • Support the VP of Strategy and Analytics in developing and presenting strategic analyses
  • Facilitate executive decision-making through clear synthesis of complex information
  • Manage high-priority special projects and time-sensitive requests
  • Drive operational excellence across key business processes

 

Being a Vice President, Client Solutions requires:

  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles
  • Track record of leading complex strategic initiatives at global organizations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Track record of executing strategic initiatives without direct reporting authority
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • Direct experience in influencer marketing operations or strategy
  • Familiarity with creator platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools
  • Experience with influencer analytics platforms and campaign measurement
  • Background in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries
  • Knowledge of creator economy trends and best practices
  • Previous experience working with L'Oréal or similar global beauty brands
  • Demonstrated success in matrix organizations
  • Track record of simplifying complex data into actionable insights
