Job Summary

AMN Language Services (Formerly Stratus Video) is a technology-driven company that is changing the way patients and medical professionals connect across all areas of health care. At AMN Language Services, our opportunity to strengthen the connection between technology and human interaction is what inspires us. AMN Language Services built its foundation in the language services industry by innovating various remote interpretation services that include onsite, video and audio interpreters. The Client Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of assigned customers, advising on strategic vision to deploy sophisticated labor management solutions at an enterprise level to healthcare organizations. This role is responsible for crafting long-term, positive relationships with Executive and C-Suite customers and meeting an assigned revenue quota.

Hybrid role, will be 2 days a week in Dallas office

Travel is up to 25%

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving the ongoing relationship with clients while growing Executive and C-Suite level relationships.

  • Achieves annual revenue goals and influences the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Drives client proposals in up-sell opportunities and facilitates contract renewals.

  • Identifies, analyzes, interprets and presents trends relevant to the client’s business and objectives to assigned customers.

  • Maintains full understanding of products and services with ability to develop “insight selling” sales talk track.


Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience


 

Additional Experience

  • Prior sales experience in healthcare organizations

  • Computer proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Understanding of technical networks including wireless, wired, and firewall setups

  • Experienced in mobile applications and mobile operating systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and collaborative spirit desired

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$62,000 - $77,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
