About Capital Group:
Capital Group is one of the world’s largest and most well-respected investment managers with more than USD 2.5 trillion assets under management. We manage assets for individual investors, financial intermediaries and institutions around the world. Since 1931, we have been singularly focused on delivering superior, consistent results for long-term investors using high-conviction portfolios, rigorous research and individual accountability. A private firm, Capital’s only focus is investment management. Based in Los Angeles, we employ over 8,000 associates worldwide with investment and distribution offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
In 2012, with a view to balancing our business globally, the Capital Group Management Committee approved a plan to build the retail and institutional business across Europe & Asia. In Europe, additional offices have been opened in Luxembourg, Zurich, Madrid, Milan Amsterdam and Frankfurt, and in Asia an expanded team across offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney is focused on growth for the region.
As we’ve grown the number and type of clients in Europe and Asia, we have built training capability for Europe and Asia Client Group (EACG)’s client partnerships, Capital Learning.
