As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
