As part of the University Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality recruiting services focused on attracting and hiring emerging technical talent across key engineering domains.
The Role
The role combines full-cycle technical recruiting with hands-on university engagement, including on-campus events, relationship-building, and talent attraction strategies. You will partner closely with engineering and technology teams to deliver strong hiring outcomes, while also collaborating with universities and student communities to build awareness and interest in Fidelity’s opportunities.
This position requires an understanding of core engineering fundamentals to effectively align recruiting strategies and identify candidates with strong problem-solving, coding, and foundational technical skills. Beyond execution, the role serves as a trusted advisor—driving continuous improvement and excellence in technical university hiring.

The Team
This role reports to the Director of University Talent and is part of a team dedicated to attracting and hiring early-career technical talent at scale. You will help build Fidelity’s future engineering workforce while delivering high-quality experience for candidates and partners and contributing to the evolution of our university recruiting strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
