Position Summary:
As a Senior Manager in the Regulatory Affairs space, you will have the opportunity to help shape and drive regulatory-related projects and initiatives in support of our clients. You will be client-facing, and work with internal and external stakeholders to provide regulatory consultative services regarding new or updated Federal/state guidance, aid in discussions of known deficiencies, identify potential risks, and lead the drafting of regulatory communications for clients. You will support regulatory activities for Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines of business to ensure compliance with state and federal mandates which impact CVS Caremark or the clients we support.

Your success will be dependent on your ability to interpret and communicate our regulatory position in a professional, yet comprehensible manner, and to act consultatively regarding regulatory requirement implementation. This role requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility, and a strong dedication to the overall team. You will need to be a strong self-starter, be proactive, and able to make logical leaps with limited direction from management.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
