Digital Designer

Overview

Our marketing team is searching for a Digital Designer with a strong sense of visual narrative. We need someone who can craft designs that not only look great but tell meaningful stories. A designer who understands how color, typography, and layout work together to create emotional impact and move our customers to action. This position requires a motivated individual that possess strong technical knowledge, design/production experience, flexibility and a compelling portfolio.

Essential Functions:

• Create, design and/or execute content for all digital channels for marketing communication: email flyers/templates, internal/external social.
• Design, production and fulfillment of print projects when needed.
  • Assets for internal events and campaigns: flyers, posters, swag, large signage, clothing, brochures, etc.
• Create and produce Social Media assets.
• HTML/CSS coding for marketing email templates and website maintenance/edits.
  • Coding for custom email templates, internal/external web sites, internal and external communication channels
  • Creating HTML versions of sales marketing collateral in Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Digital media, Interactive media, new media design, Graphic   
   Design, Communications design, etc.) preferred, or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

• Pro knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud – especially for digital content
   production, but also for print. This includes Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver,
   Premiere, After Effects, and InDesign.

• Experience in Figma, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

• Canva and Video Production experience a plus.

• Current HTML/CSS knowledge for email and web

• Solid understanding of the social channel design and production, as it pertains to marketing

• Versatility in producing content for a variety digital channel, and a variety of audiences.

• Excellent collaboration and provide a high-level of customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Able to work under pressure on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
   environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

• “Go-getter” mentality – initiative to be a self-starter, a high level of determination and a hunger for
   success.

• Resourceful problem solver with ability to formulate and execute plans efficiently and effectively.

• Strong portfolio is a must.

• Preferred – agency/creative studio experience, but not necessary.

• Preferred – finance industry experience, but not necessary.
