Summary: As a Salesforce Service Cloud Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization. - Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce Service Cloud-related activities, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
