Job Description:

About The Role:

Owns end‑to‑end service delivery for a legacy enterprise ASP.NET WebForms application. Accountable for application health, ticket governance, stakeholder communication, and release readiness while remaining technically capable to review solutions and unblock the team.

What You´ll Do:

  • Own overall application service health, including availability, performance, batch/job execution, and integration points.
  • Govern L2 ticket triage, prioritization, and resolution for incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects and systemic application failures.
  • Oversee resolution of production issues related to application logic, configuration, and data.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with infrastructure, database, middleware, and third‑party teams.
  • Approve and oversee minor code fixes, bug fixes, and configuration changes within defined support scope.
  • Own change, release, and deployment governance, including patches and hotfixes.
  • Ensure fixes are validated through unit and functional testing prior to production deployment.
  • Maintain ownership of application runbooks, support procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee UAT coordination and production sign‑off for application changes.
  • Monitor application logs, error trends, and operational KPIs to proactively identify risks.
  • Drive incremental improvements based on operational insights and stakeholder feedback.

Who You Are:

  • 5-8+ years total experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • VB.NET, ASP.NET WebForms
  • MS SQL Server
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Basic JavaScript
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
  • Enterprise release and change management experience
  • Owns service outcomes and team delivery for enterprise applications
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • SLAs consistently met
  • Stable backlog and predictable delivery
  • Low recurring defects
  • Smooth releases with minimal incidents
  • High stakeholder satisfaction
